Once your specific goals have been identified through an in-depth consultation then expert advice, guidance and coaching will be provided in the 4 key areas to success.
These key areas are Training, Nutrition, Lifestyle and Mindset. 
If all these are effectively managed they will support each other and this will lead to sustainable results, improved mood, improved energy levels, improved health and a lifetime of positive habits.

HOW IT WORKS:

1) Consultation: Book in for a free consultation where we will get an opportunity to talk about your goals, your needs, nutrition, lifestyle habits and for us to establish if we are a good fit to work together. I will then devise a plan of action to take you to where you want to be and to achieve more than you thought possible.

2) Screening/Assessment:

Once you sign up to my programme we will go through some health screening and movement assessments to help me tailor your plan for success. 

A nutritional analysis is also performed to bring your nutrition in line with the goals that you want to achieve.

3) Bespoke Programme:

I will then create a programme with the information you have given me and I will constantly be adapting the programme to suit your needs.

This Programme includes:

  • 1-3 Personal Training sessions per week or Online Coaching

  • Progressive training plan

  • Personalised nutrition coaching

  • Ongoing movement assessment and nutritional analysis

  • Weekly check-ins for accountability, feedback and adjustments

  • Ongoing support through WhatsApp

  • Access to the KC Fitness app to track workouts and nutrition. Personalised workouts on the app for training sessions on your own and/or at home.
