"Soon after starting the programme I very quickly felt at ease with the way Kevin works.  Kevin very clearly explained what the programme consisted of and how each exercise would help with my goals.

I like how Kevin has made my goals seem achievable.  Kevin set my programme to suit me and my ability without being too intense for me to handle.
I've definitely become stronger, being able to use heavier weights after just a few weeks is great.  I feel my general fitness has also benefitted.

"I feel that I am making progress towards my goals in terms of both training and nutrition. For example, I am either increasing my weight load or I am reducing my rest time needed due to Kevin’s training advice and strategies. Because of the constant progress that I can see and feel, I am more motivated to attend the gym as often as possible, without it impacting my social and work life.
I liked the flexibility that the programme provided. It suited my busy work life (Mathematics Teacher) without leaving me drained afterwards.
During this programme, I have developed both mental and physical strength and endurance, lost approximately 3kg since starting a month ago and feel happier with a balanced lifestyle.

"Whilst already immersed in my own training programme, I decided to try Kevin’s training program & nutrition after I was not achieving my fitness goals. After a few months of training and refined nutrition, I started to feel both stronger, leaner and healthier. I am now closer than ever to my fitness aspirations.

In summary, I enjoy all aspects of the programme. The training programme hits all major muscle groups well. The nutrition element of this programme is flexible enough to permit adequate fat loss and enough energy to last me the entire day; all of which I have never been able to achieve on my own for a consistent period of time.

From this new fitness regime, I have lost a few kilograms within the first month with Kevin’s guidance. This has been largely due to the refined macro nutrients and nutritional guidance by Kevin. On occasions there are times when I do feel the need to eat more, but much less so than before. Ultimately I feel like I am making sufficient progress with my physique and slowly but surely reaching my ‘fit for everything’ body.

Before I met Kevin I was sceptical about getting a personal trainer, having seen that everyone these days is a ‘personal trainer’, I did not think I would gain much. In addition, I have never been to a class/have been monitored by a trainer; thinking I would not benefit and better off on my own.

 My own ignorance has prevented me from being able to break out of the dogmatic behaviour; which lead me further away from my fitness goals. It was only recently that I left my ego at the door and started to train with Kevin’s bespoke training program that has lead me closer to my goal than ever before, I do anticipate within the next few months I will reach my goal, instead of years.

A personal philosophy I follow is to attain a mentor who has already achieved a similar goal. Whether it is weight loss, general fitness or muscle gain; Kevin has achieved all and more in the past. I strongly advise the individual to trust in Kevin’s ability and, of course, in yourselves for wanting to improve as a person."
