
Hi I'm Kevin Choo
I began training in a gym when I was 15 doing bodybuilding and powerlifting style training and since then fitness has been a part of my life in one form or another.

My current training consists of Olympic Weightlifting (the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk), Strength Training and Bodybuilding.
​
I also enjoy training in Martial Arts. I have over 10 years of experience training in the Chinese martial art of Wing Chun in which I am a qualified Instructor. I am currently close to achieving the rank of Senior Instructor.

My passion for fitness has helped me in many areas in my life, helping me look how I want to look, feel better about myself, move better, and having more stamina/energy levels.
My mission is to help others to find their own path in fitness and to guide them to their own personal success story.
